At Mobione, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide quality-tested old and refurbished smartphones. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

• The product received is damaged
• The product is defective or not working properly
• Wrong product is delivered

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The mobile phone must be in the same condition as delivered
• Product should not have physical damage caused by the customer
• Original accessories, invoice, and packaging should be available
• The device must not be rooted, opened, or modified

  1. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Minor scratches or cosmetic wear already mentioned in product details
• Damage caused after delivery
• Software issues caused by user actions
• Change of mind after purchase

  1. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be refunded through the original payment method or bank transfer

  1. Replacement Policy

If a product is found defective within the return period, Mobione may provide:

• Replacement of the product

• Repair support based on availability

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
